been recalcitrant lately...

i shld be happy today...

this may be chicken feat*feet* for some...
but itis definitely an accomplishment for MOI! :)
2 rounds arnd the track for warm up
3 sets of 1 round arnd the track+10 push up+10 sit ups
2 sets of 2 rounds arnd the track+15 push up+15 sit ups
1 round arnd the track for cool down.
which sums up to 4km run and 60 push up, 60 sit ups!!
was running on e 3rd lane*so, perhaps i ran 200m extra?*....and *** ** kept elbowing me, making me going into the 4th lane when we were told to run within e first 3 lane.... got kindof annoyed....lol
anyway...joelyn put our plane! she say she'll come...
lol...pon 2 days of sch still nt enuf....

hahaha....then there was a bouhaha*dunno how to spell :P* over the meeting place again....calling cheehou joelyn n daniel to come to lakeside...and we successfully made them come to lakeside, where we returned to boon lay again.,..
