wasnt veri boring la...though keith tan got rather worked up with the persisting noise.....hahaha....same happened for chem lect....poor thing.....such thing ll nv occur on mr chew! hahaha...mr chew rawks!!! ms ho rawks too! mrs liaow too! sighx...every morn, have to drive along AYE. along yy's hse, the mahjiong session we had, the touch rugby session tt we were late for, the running, the togetherness.....perhaps canoeing is a good substitute for it, maybe ttz the reason for me to join it. sighx...but canoeing is too time consuming.....mum ll say tt i 自做自受 if i end up retained or getting lousy results for my A's......sighx...
and my subj tchers....they picks on me...maybe im being noticed as the weaker students in the class....bleah.....

did warm ups...yeah! can see that itis really v close-knitted....veri encouraging onez...esp to me la, cuz i beginner, all cannot make it..
did bout 7 sets of push up.
6sets of sit up.
er....cruntches for 3 times, each time lasting 3 min?
hmm.....ttz bout it....but they do the push up and sit up veri fast pace! veri difficult to catch up....


then...went to the gym..
augustine showed me around, introed me to the machines...

suppose to do 3 sets of everything...but....i did abit less, and of easier standards....

then....i din bring swimming costume, so i went to run....

actually, itis more than 2.4! cuz we ran on the 4th lane....

then....winnie they all were running so fast! difficult to catch up :(
